Casting News: Stitchers

Minni Jo Mazzola (Parks and Recreation) has been cast in ABC Family drama pilot Stitchers. Written by Jeffrey A. Schechter, Stitchers follows a young woman recruited into a covert government agency to be “stitched” into the minds of the recently deceased, using their memories to investigate murders and decipher mysteries that otherwise would have gone to the grave. Mazzola,  plays Camille, a gifted computer science student in Dr. Pecha’s (Felix Gomez) graduate class who is Kirsten Clark’s (Emma Ishta) roommate. She’s having an affair with Pecha and she doesn’t get along with Kirsten, a fact which is exacerbated when Kirsten publicly outs Camille’s personal relationship with her professor.
